Nottingham born, Mich was responsible along with Alan Swales for creating NRL, as a result of the lessons learned from the success of the Lace Market Heritage Trust. It pointed to a vehicle that could meet the regeneration needs of the wider conurbation. Mich chairs the National Ice Arena, Catapult Venture Capital, NCCL Galleries of Justice and is a Main Board Director of Sport England. He recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to regeneration in the East Midlands.
