A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in surveying, planning, development and urban regeneration. Debbie has worked on projects UK wide and has a broad background in the property industry having worked in central and local government and in the private sector. Since 2002 she has specialised in regeneration, acting as a development manager in an URC and also as a consultant with a wide spectrum of clients across both public and private sectors. Debbie has been responsible for leading a number of regeneration projects including, masterplans, delivery frameworks, business plans and economic analyses. She also specialises in funding applications and undertaking project evaluations.
