A Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in commercial property, Mona has worked in both public and privates sectors in a variety of roles. At NRL she has worked on a range of urban regeneration projects in the Nottingham area at all stages of the development process taking schemes from concept, through funding, planning and delivery on site. Mona has experience of commissioning and managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with partners to deliver project outcomes, using a range of procurement processes including CPO. Mona also has extensive experience of strategic asset management of property portfolios.
