New Brook House provides flexible office space for Notts businesses
29/2/2008

Nottingham Regeneration Limited’s New Brook House is providing much needed flexible office space for a number of Notts-based businesses.

Victoria College is just one of the companies to move into New Brook House, taking two rooms for their business. The college, which is aimed at international students, is run by Mr Farooq Mir. The college provides advice on educational courses and training needed for students.

Beginning in February, some of the courses will be running from New Brook House itself. The courses provided include IT, management, business, media studies and travel and tourism.

Farooq Mir said: “We set up the business from New Brook House, and we are delighted with how it has developed. We deal with international students looking to further their education in Nottingham.

“We are a small business, expanding all the time and this is the perfect location both for us to expand in, and for our students to be based.”

Marc Cole chief executive of Nottingham Regeneration Limited said:

“We are really pleased to have New Brook House to offer as flexible office space for Nottingham businesses. It is an attractive building in a great location and there is space for expansion as well.

“We are very pleased to have Victoria College here and hope they continue with their success.”
