NRL RECRUITS NEW BOARD MEMBER

Nottingham Regeneration Ltd (NRL) has appointed a new board member.
Tim Garratt, a director at Innes England has replaced as a board member, John Brydon of Brydon Properties, who has retired after more than nine years service.
Tim heads up the asset management team in the Nottingham office of Innes England, where he deals with landlord and tenant work, investment market buying and selling property for clients and also working assets in the interim period to add value.
He is also a member of the Nottingham Property Forum and is chairman of Abel Collins Almhouses in Nottingham.
Through his work in the area, Tim has developed a sound knowledge of the issues of regeneration and renewal that impact on Nottingham. Marc Cole, Chief Executive of NRL said: “I am delighted to welcome Tim to the team. Tim knows Nottingham intimately and will bring much to the board in terms of experience and creativity. I also would like to thank John Brydon for all his hard work over the years and wish him all the best for the future.”
Tim says: “I’m honoured to be joining the board of NRL. It is a coveted position and I am looking forward to having my voice heard by the rest of the board – it will be a challenging role that I looking forward to tackling head on.”
