Nottingham Regeneration Limited

Following recent changes to the funding of physical regeneration activities, as well as major organisational changes including the abolition of Emda and the formation of the LEP, Nottingham City Council and its partners have embarked on a major review of regeneration activities across the City.  As a base for this work, NRL conducted a major sites prioritisation exercise to identify and assess all opportunity sites against a range of criteria e.g. impact, leverage, external funding potential and, in particular, the deliverability of projects. This work is currently helping to shape both the City Council's, and indeed NRL's, resource prioritisation, property management and investment strategy.
