- Southglade Food Park
The successful delivery of Southglade Food Park Phase 1 was managed by NRL, supporting the City Council in its ambition to bring high specification food grade production units to the market in Nottingham. The units are 100% let and demand is still high. Currently we are working with the City Council on the delivery of Phase 2 on an adjacent site. These 12 units will be capable of housing the larger tenants on Phase 1, freeing up smaller units for start up businesses, as well as providing mid size units for the market. The occupation of the finished units should support existing and new businesses to grow by around 90 jobs, of varying skill levels. Phase 2 is in the process of securing European funding, before the detailed design is completed, but we are aiming for BREEAM Very Good and have an allowance for 10% of energy to be produced from renewable sources; through solar photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps.
