Nottingham Regeneration Limited

The City Council's depots for public realm, highways and waste services are disparate, often in a poor state of repair and a few sites occupy valuable land which is earmarked for commercial or residential redevelopment. The City Council wishes to move some operations from its Eastcroft depot to an underutilised site in Bilborough, to free up land for commercial redevelopment; generating a receipt for the Council and facilitating regeneration within the City. NRL is acting as Project Manager co-ordinating input from representatives across Council departments to refresh data on service needs, cost up relocation and refurbishment of buildings, and prepare a programme for implementation.
