Working closely with Blueprint and the City Council, NRL is co-ordinating input to the Regional Growth Fund application for a programme of phased renewal and redevelopment schemes for the Waterside area. Lead by the desire to encourage and support green-tech industries in the area, the strategy to support refurbishment of existing buildings, attract inward investment, support the expansion of existing and new businesses and undertake small areas of residential development is core to the application.
